Bantham Estate owns a number of residential properties in Bantham, including the nine 17th century Grade II listed cottages that run down to the beach.

Repair and improvement works are regularly undertaken to Estate properties in order to retain and preserve their heritage and character.

The philosophy of the Estate has always been to enable young families and local people to live on the estate in order to protect and foster the closely-knit community within the village.
